When COSEBOC, the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color, the nation’s only non-profit coalition of school leaders focused on educating boys of color needed to refine their brand and clarify their message, MARC Global Communications was there. Taking over the reigns of a brand development project, we employed our 360 brand assessment process, developed a messaging platform and created internal and external communications vehicles to ensure organizational consistency from imagery and design, to board member presentations.
Our comprehensive communications plan included media outreach, speaking engagements, and a targeted social media campaign. We also leveraged COSEBOC’s national conference in conjunction with the White House Initiative on African American Excellence in Education which echoed COSEBOC’s message and generated national media attention. So successful was our work, that COSEBOC has extended our relationship to encompass fundraising, event management and communications as their new agency of record.
